When Mr. Koyama of Musashino Co., Ltd. visited ACT, we made a tour to visit a barn at Sato Ranch in Hombetsu Town. The barn was designed and constructed by ACT. There were eight participants, including Mr. Koyama and some from Saga Prefecture, Kyushu.
Only one person, the President Sato of the ranch, works in this barn with 200 dairy cows! The ranch uses several systems built using ACT CLEAN·REFRE. President Sato said that no hoof disease has occurred from this barn, which uses ACT Hoof Care System. Due to ACT Spatial Sterilization System as a measure against heat and deodorization in the barn, the temperature inside the barn has dropped by 5 to 6 degrees Celsius, and no cow has lost milk due to summer heat. Moreover, due to the deodorizing effect, there is no odor peculiar to the barn. The ACT Boot Jet that cleans boots when entering and leaving the barn reduces the number of bacteria brought in and out when entering and leaving the barn.
Everyone who saw the barn that adopted our various products were uniformly amazed at the modernized barn, which is different from the image we have had so far. Above all, the president manages perfectly by practicing data-driven, such as centralized management of the milk yield of each cow. It was a meaningful tour where everything you saw looked fresh.
